For edibles and wellness products, a custom-printed paperboard insert securely merchandises gummies, mints, tablets, chill pills, capsules, and other small-format products.

Product Description

The Pocket Pack is a lightweight PP plastic hardshell case with a child-resistant Mono-Lock closure — a durable, cost-effective alternative to heavily tariffed tin packaging.

PP plastic is lighter than tin, which means lower freight costs and no exposure to tin import tariffs. For brands running small-format SKUs at volume, the landed cost difference is significant.

The Mono-Lock closure uses a single button on the front of the case and two locking grooves along the sides to secure the lid. Press the front button firmly to open. The two-step mechanism is genuinely child-resistant — and easier for adults to open one-handed than traditional dual-lock designs.

Not airtight. Not recommended for moisture-sensitive products.

Compatibility depends on cone diameter, fill style, and crutch or filter use — check your specific product against the spec before ordering. Not standard for barrel-style or longer pre-rolls; custom sizes available at volume.

Our 32 count glass jars are intentionally packed in reusable re-shipper cartons with partitions. The boxes are upside on the pallet as the tops are not taped. This keeps any dust out. The jars are “necks down” (upside down) in the box. To remove the cartons from the pallet, place two fingers on the carton bottom as you take the boxes off the pallet, holding the flaps closed. To remove the jars from the box fold the flaps back, place your hand on the top, flip the box over and slide the box up, leaving the jars right side up and ready for filling. After filling and capping, the box is designed to be reused to ship your filled products, saving you from disposing of corrugate and the cost of buying and setting up new boxes. The box holds 32 - 1/8th oz jars totaling 4 oz of flower. Four boxes equals 1lb. These boxes can be supplied preprinted with your brand, subject to a 2,500 box MOQ (80,000 jars).

An air tight container is a container that does not let air in or out. Cannabis products produce a strong herb smell and are subject to drying out and losing their freshness. Common packaging like vials or closures without liners are unable to create an airtight seal that maintains the freshness of the product as well as contain the odor. eBottles offers airtight packaging that will keep cannabis products lasting longer and eliminates the odor while it is stored.

A child-resistant container is a container certified by an independent testing laboratory to meet the standard established by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The closure must be challenging for children, between the ages of 42 to 54 months, to open and accessible by seniors. The answer to the question is published in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 16, Part 1700.
