They are not. All of the glass bottles offered by eBottles.com are manufactured from Type III Soda-Lime Glass or Soda-Lime-Silica Glass.

The glass jars and cap liners will be fine when put in the freezer, however, the polypropylene plastic caps have a low tolerance for cold temperatures (min. 0 degrees celsius), so they will become brittle when placed in the freezer.
