All of our child resistant closures are certified by independent laboratories to be child resistant per CPSC 1700.20. You can access the certificates on our site by clicking on "more info" when on the item family page.
Can you give the dimensions of the cap that goes on the 5ml thick wall glass concentrate jars - child resistant-
The 28mm Child Resistant Closures used on the 5ml Concentrate Jars have an outer diameter of 1 1/4".
Are you able to just order the lids?
Absolutely!
We offer white and black, smooth top or embossed pictorial versions, lined with PE, a general purpose liner, or Esterfoil, foil with mylar coating used with products high in terpenes.

Are these small jars able to go into the oven? At something like sub 250 degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour without contaminating its contents?
These jars are glass and can withstand very high temperatures.
The closures cannot withstand temperatures over 180F.
What is the diameter of the 5ml cap? We are looking to attach a sticker to the top of the cap.
The diameter of the 5 ml child resistant cap is 1.25".
Can you point me in the direction of a circular seal to fit the 5mL jar? Something similar to what youd find sealing a bottle of vitamins. Thanks.
Unfortunately we dont currently offer pressure sensitive inner seals that work with the 5ml glass concentrate jars, but you do have the option to add full body shrink bands to your order when choosing the caps for your jars. The shrink bands were made to fit the 5 ml jars perfectly and are easily applied using a hairdryer or heat gun. Please feel free to call us at 888-215-0023 if we can be of further assistance.
what are the diameters of the 9ml cap with the green writing?
The outer diameter of the 9 ml CR Cap is 1.7" (just under 1 3/4").
is it possible to get these printed with our logo on the lid if we were to order 10,000+ jars?
The minimum order quantity for custom printed lids is 50,000.
Do you have the appropriate sized heat shrink seal for the 5mL bottles?
Yes. You can add the full body shrink sleeves to your jar and cap order by checking the box to add shrink bands, or you can order shrink bands separately in the Closure section of our website. Please choose the 28/485 size for your 5ml Concentrate Jars.
Can you tell me the width and height to the 5 ml glass jar with the child resistant lid? I need to know what size box would be appropriate to put it in.
The 5ml glass jar including CR lid is 1.05" tall and 1.375" wide.

Questions for you:
Is the jar filled with product or empty?
If with product, is the product sticky?
If yes, the product may be on the sealing surface of the jar and causing the closure to be “stuck” to the jar.
If this is the case, we recommend our Teflon liners.
what options do you have for the lining is it only the pe? we wanted to upgrade
Our child resistant closures for use with our glass concentrate jars come with foam backed foil liners which serve as a barrier to terpene loss. We also offer PTFE Teflon liners for sticky products that can adhere the closure to the jar in use. Give us a call to review the options.
How do I remove the child resistant plastic lid?
If the product is sticky it is possible that it could be bonded to the jar and closure making it very difficult to open.
In this case try squeezing the sides of the closure while unscrewing. This often does the trick.

Do you sell clear lids for the concentrate jars to help with display?
Unfortunately, we do not carry clear child-resistant lids that fit these jars. However,
please click here for our 1 gram jars that come with a clear lid. These are not child-resistant.
Is it possible to order only 100 of this bottle ? Your website says "No Minimums Order 1 bottle or 10,000 bottles no matter how big or small your job is weve got you covered." but i only see the option to buy 504.
