Hi, Do you know if this will comply with Colorados new M 1001-2 child resistant packaging for vape cartridges? Do you have child resistant packaging that is compliant for pens as well?

Is there any way to get your 3.5" in clear plastic?

Are these glass or plastic? And are they 3 inches to the top without the lid or 3 inches including the top?
