Q: Would this bottle be appropriate for carbonated soft drinks?
A: No, they are not. Even though PET plastic is commonly used for carbonated beverage bottles, the perform and mold for these particular ones have not been designed for this type of application.
Q: Can I use these bottles to fill a dairy beverage for sale?
A: Yes. All the bottles we carry are FDA food grade approved.
Q: Would this container seal and keep pasteurized grape juice and apple juice for 3 months?
A: All of the closures offered on eBottles are designed to provide leak-proof seals with our bottles when used correctly. As far as keeping your product, we cant make any warranties and recommend that you always test your product in the container you have selected prior to use.
Q: What is the highest temp that you can fill these bottles at?
A: The maximum hot fill temperature for these bottles is 140° F.
Q: i am finding alot of bottles that say they are PET bottles- what does the PET mean?
A: PET stands for Polyethylene Terephthalate. It is the name of the plastic material these bottles are made from.
Q: What is the dimensions for a label for the 12oz?
A: The maximum label height for the 12 oz. bottle is 2.5" and the maximum label width is 7.25".
Q: Can you squeeze this bottle?
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, one can squeeze this bottle as it is made of PET plastic.
Q: Are these bottles ok for body gels/washes and lotions?
A: PET plastic is a great material for all types of body products, with the exception of products containing acetones and ketones. It provides very good alcohol and essential oil barrier properties as well as good chemical resistance, with a high degree of impact resistance and tensile strength. These NAPA style bottles in particular can also be paired with disc-top and snap back caps for easy dispensing.
