The simple answer is no. The more complex answer is that certain products are not compatible with different kinds of plastic and so it depends on your formula. PG and VG are compatible with PET, but certain flavors may not be. Generally speaking if a product is not compatible the product can escape through the walls of the plastic bottle (causing a vacuum from the loss), or the plastic can soften in the case of solvents.
