All of the closures offered on eBottles.com are designed to provide leak-proof seals with our bottles when used correctly. The pressure sensitive inner seal is for tamper evidence only. When the closure is applied to the bottle, the pressure sensitive liners stick to the mouth of the bottle and remain in place when the closure is removed. You may place your sample order online. This bottle is made from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)Plastic, which provides a high degree of impact resistance and tensile strength. All orders ship from Bethel, CT via UPS Ground, so depending on where you are, transit takes anywhere from 1 to 6 business days.

Generally, all of the dispensing caps listed under Closure Options are suitable for dispensing oil. However, since we are not familiar with the consistency of your product or its ingredients, we cannot make any recommendations and suggest that you order a few samples to test with your product.

PET Plastic provides very good alcohol and essential oil barrier properties, generally good chemical resistance (although acetones and ketones will attack PET) and a high degree of impact resistance and tensile strength. The orienting process serves to improve gas and moisture barrier properties and impact strength.
