Why is this called a pet bottle? Would it be a good candidate for home made lotions?
PET stands for the type of plastic these bottles are made from (Polyethylene Terephthalate), which is a suitable material for home made lotions. Please note that you can order lotion pumps for these bottles in the closure section of our website,
but you may have to cut the dip tube in order for it to fit the bottle. Feel free to contact us toll free at 888-215-0023 if we can further assist you with finding the right bottle and pump for your product.
Would this bottle work for homemade vanilla extract? If not, what would?
Yes, this bottle is suitable for homemade vanilla extract.
Are the 8 oz boston round and the 8 oz cosmo round the same diameter? Thanks, jason
Jason - They are not the same. The 8 oz Boston Round has a diameter of 2.25" and the Cosmo Round has a diameter of 1.86". The neck finish is the same for both (24/410).
Do you happen to have a childproof cap for these bottles? Or a dropper cap for these bottles that are childproof?
We dont have a childproof cap or dropper for these bottles, but you may want to take a look at our Amber PET eliquid dropper bottles with child resistant and tamper evident caps (enter item code 1559 on the home page).
Im interested in the 4oz bottles but would like to have a spayer not a lid. do you have some?
We have a 24/410 Fine Mist Sprayer that will fit the 4 oz. bottle, however, its dip tube is 6.2" long and the 4 oz. bottle is only 4.3" tall, so you would have to manually cut the tube in order to fit the bottle.
