Customer Questions Q: For silk screening, what is the height of the screenable area on the 1 gallon bottle? A: The total height of the recessed panel on our 1 gallon plastic jugs is 5.5", the height of the screenable area is 4.75". Q: Do you offer printing of the bottles Screening or labeling? A: We do not offer any printing services for these bottles, however the bottles do have the capability of being printed on. Q: Are these bottles suitable for selling milk? A: Yes, these bottles are made from HDPE Plastic (the same plastic milk jugs in the store are made from) and is FDA food grade approved. |
Q: can I hot fill these bottles? I am looking to fill gallon size bottles to add to my hot sauce production and required to hot fill my bottles at 185 degrees
A: Unfortunately, these bottles cannot be used with products filled at over 160° F, or products requiring a vacuum seal.

A: Hi - You can put laundry detergent into any of our bottles, including these handled round plastic jugs.
Q: what is the best large bottle and cap to be a good liquid seal and prevent evaporation?
A: The gallon size handled jugs are the largest bottles we carry and all of the closures offered on eBottles are designed to provide leak-proof seals with our bottles when used correctly. Whether HDPE plastic is the right material for you depends on your product. HDPE is compatible with a wide range of products including acids and caustics, but is not compatible with solvents. We recommend that you test your product in the container you choose prior to use.
