Q: Hi there! Im going to order the 8 oz. wide mouth cylindar jar (paragon). And I would like the metal lids. What is the closure size I should order? Thanks, Jane

A: Dear Jane - Your caps would need to match the 58/400 neck finish of the bottle. However, it is easiest if you select your bottle quantity, then choose the metal lids (M) on the following page, and the quantity and size of your closures will automatically match the bottles you ordered.

Q: Hi Can these jars be used for canning or take under hot pressure?

A: Yes, these glass jars are suitable for home canning when used with the metal closures that have the inner rubber gaskets.

Product use: Storage of syringe containing screw locking agent in jar with solvent inside to keep syringe barrel from locking up.
