Generally, we ship in stock orders the same day but allow at least 1 Business day for processing*

All orders ship from our Connecticut warehouse

NEXT DAY AIR, SECOND DAY AIR, and 3 DAY SELECT shipments will ship the same BUSINESS day
if they are received before 1pm EST.*

* EXCEPTIONS:
- Item is not in stock.
- Payment is not received
- Shipping or billing information is incomplete or incorrect.

In these cases you will be contacted about the problem and your order will process the following BUSINESS day.

Orders received Saturday or Sunday will not process until Monday.

Fedex and UPS DO NOT deliver packages on Saturday / Sunday. In other words, a Next Day Air package that is shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. A 2 Day Air package that is shipped on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Business days DO NOT include: Saturday, Sunday, New Years Day , Memorial Day , Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We are CLOSED during these days, however, you may place orders on our web site.

Regarding shipments to Canada, we are not responsible for Broker Fees, Import Duties or any other fees associated with the shipment.
